Exhibition & Education Department
Science Facilitator
Number of Positions: 2 (Part-Time)
Role Objective
The Science Facilitator roles are responsible to assist with the daily routine and scheduled activities for the Exhibition & Education Department. Most of the main tasks are in the Exhibition Hall, working with and manning the exhibitions, managing crowd control for visitors such as school visit, tourists and visitors. Additionally, Science Facilitators must assist the Science Communicators with preparation and facilitating of activities or other tasks.

Science Communicator
Number of Positions: 1 (Full-Time)
Role Objective
The Science Communicator role ensures to communicate scientific knowledge effectively to diverse audiences through interactive exhibition, activities and programmes. Also responsible to develop, design, and deliver inclusive STEAM initiatives or projects that engage communities such as students, teachers and members of the public to teach and introduce new skills, knowledge, inspire and spark curiosity, and encourage participation in STEAM. Science Communicator will be trained and equipped with teaching, research and assessment tools relevant to the latest STEAM trend, I.O.T, and to our local curriculum.

Maintenance Department
Aquarist
Number of Positions: 1 (Part-Time)
Role Objective
The Aquarist role support the care, maintenance, and operation of our freshwater aquarium exhibits. This role is crucial to ensuring the health of our aquatic animals and the smooth functioning of our life-support systems.
